101 Vape - Joyetech Vaporizer Review from Red Hook, New York

I purchased an e-cigarette for my daughter for $25. Upon receipt it did not work. After several phone calls, I finally got a live person. I asked for a return label which they provided. My daughter sent it back. About a week later they send me an email and said that a glass part of the item was broken and this is not under their warranty. Are you kidding me? The item was so well packed for shipping. So now I am just out $25? I am pissed off!!
